I've just been reading this season's PETA magazine, the above photo is on the back. If you find you can't give up the eating of meat or the wearing of animal products at least please refrain from endorsing circuses and theme parks that use trained animals. Travelling circuses in Australia still use elephants, amongst other animals, in their shows and theme parks like Seaworld use mammals such as Orca's to perform for the public - Orca's can live to be 60 years old in the wild but in captivity they have a significantly shorter life expectancy of approximately 20 years. Both the Orca and Elephant are highly intelligent creatures with advanced social & emotional needs, we as humans have absolutley no right to take them from their natural environment & force them to play silly tricks just for our entertainment & pleasure.
