I adore these two photos, they are of my niece on my wedding day. I love the muted colours - how the heart-shaped sparkle on her face is highlighted & the feeling that you've captured her drifting off into her own private world. I look at them often & I wonder what she was thinking of at that precise moment. I remember I was a flower girl at my cousins wedding around the same age - it was all so exciting to be a part of someones special day. Knowing that you had your own part to play & trying so hard to do everything just right; wondering about your own future & all the possibilities which lay ahead.
