Had a spring clean today & amongst our belongings I found some keepsakes from our wedding day.
Top: a feather that we found on the beach after the ceremony....it is a beautiful golden colour.
Middle: one of the bows I made for my dress & for the flower girls hair
Bottom: A leaf from a tree outside the church
The background fabric is my wedding dress.
All these memories come flooding back....it was a wonderful time! We had such a simple wedding - the whole thing cost under $5,000, including rings & honeymoon - the lot!
