I have just been out for a 90 minute walk around the Botanical gardens. I thank God that I live at a time when antipsychotic medications don't have the devastating side effects that they used to - the extrapyramidal effects & drug induced tardive dyskinesia. The only physical side effect I occasionally have is huge pupils which look like I'm on crystal meth.
It's a gorgeous day today, heaps of people out walking & the more enthusiastic ones are jogging or running. I just toddled along & took a few pictures - colour is starting to burst out everywhere!
